Ocean Refuge by Atlantic Holiday is a welcoming apartment located in Funchal, on the beautiful Madeira Island, ideal for guests seeking comfort, space and a convenient location. Designed to host up to six guests, this apartment is well suited for couples, families or groups of friends who wish to enjoy the island at their own pace.
The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms, both equipped with queen size beds, and a double sofa bed in the living room, offering a restful environment after a day of exploring. There are two bathrooms with showers, one of them ensuite, ensuring convenience and privacy for all guests. Fresh bed linen and bath towels are provided for your stay.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, cutlery, plates and all essential utensils needed to prepare meals at home. A washing machine and hairdryer are also available, adding extra comfort during longer stays. The living area offers a Smart TV with box and air conditioning, creating a pleasant space to relax.
Guests have access to a shared swimming pool and gym within the apartment building and benefit from a private outdoor parking space. The surrounding area offers numerous amenities within walking distance, including restaurants, beaches, supermarkets, and public transport with nearby bus stops.
Baby cot and baby chair are available upon request. Smoking inside the apartment is not permitted.
Check-in is available from 16:00 until 05:00.
The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:
- 2EUR per night;
- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.
- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.
We’ll provide all the necessary details, including the Tourist Tax payment, a few days before check-in.
