Description
Villa Devaneio by Atlantic Holiday is a private villa located in Ribeira Brava, on the south coast of Madeira Island, offering a comfortable and well-balanced setting for guests seeking space, privacy, and easy access to local services. With capacity for up to eight guests, the villa is suitable for couples, families, or groups of friends.
The property features four bedrooms, including two rooms with double beds and two rooms with two single beds each. Three bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms with showers, while a fourth bathroom with a shower is located in the common area, close to the remaining bedroom. Bed linen and bath towels are provided for all guests.
A Smart TV with box is available, and air conditioning ensures comfort throughout warmer periods. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, cutlery, plates, and all essentials needed for preparing meals.
Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool and an outdoor barbecue area, ideal for relaxed meals and time outdoors. A private garage is available for secure parking. Additional amenities include a washing machine, hairdryer, baby cot, and baby chair.
The villa is located approximately five minutes by car from the centre of Ribeira Brava, where guests will find supermarkets, restaurants, and the local beach. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Check-in is available from 16:00 until 05:00.
The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:
- 2EUR per night;
- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.
- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.
Heated Pool:
Our villa provides the option to heat the pool for your convenience. Please note that this service is available for an additional cost and can be arranged upon request.
