Chill House by Atlantic Holiday Funchal - House

Chill House by Atlantic Holiday is a welcoming small house located in Funchal, Madeira Island, within walking distance of the city centre, restaurants and local services. Just a 10-minute walk from the nearest shopping centre and with bus stops nearby, it offers a convenient base to explore the island without needing a car.

Designed to host up to 4 guests, the house features one bedroom with a queen-size bed and a comfortable living area with air conditioning, also available in the bedroom, ensuring a pleasant stay throughout the year. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a hairdryer for your convenience.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for preparing meals, including fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, cutlery, plates and cooking utensils. A washing machine is also available, making the space suitable for longer stays. Families travelling with babies can request a baby cot and high chair.

Bed linen and bath towels are provided. The Smart TV with box offers entertainment after a day exploring Madeira.

Check-in is available from 16:00 until 05:00 in the morning. Please note that smoking inside the house is not permitted.

The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:

- 2EUR per night;
- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.
- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.

We’ll provide all the necessary details, including the Tourist Tax payment, a few days before check-in.
