Sunny Stay Atlantic Gardens by Atlantic Holiday is a spacious three-bedroom apartment in Estreito de Câmara de Lobos, Madeira, designed to accommodate up to seven guests. With generous interiors and a practical layout, it is a comfortable base for couples, families or groups of friends exploring the island.
The apartment features two bedrooms with queen-size beds and a third bedroom with two single beds. There are three bathrooms: a guest toilet, a shared bathroom with a bathtub, and an en-suite bathroom, also with a bathtub. Bed linen and bath towels are provided for your stay, and a hairdryer is available.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, cutlery, plates and the essential utensils needed to prepare meals at home. Guests also have access to a washing machine, air conditioning and a Smart TV with a TV box. A baby cot and high chair are available, making the apartment suitable for guests travelling with young children.
The building has a lift, and one private parking space is available in the garage. A supermarket is just a one-minute walk away, while several restaurants and quick access to Madeira’s main roads can be found nearby, making it easy to reach different parts of the island.
Check-in is available from 16:00 until 05:00. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. This property is located in a residential apartment building, and we kindly ask all guests to respect the quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00.
The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:
- 2EUR per night;
- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.
- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.
We’ll provide all the necessary details, including the Tourist Tax payment, a few days before check-in.
