Casa Hui Nosso Refugio by Atlantic Holiday Calheta - Apartment

Casa Hui Nosso Refúgio by Atlantic Holiday is a welcoming apartment in Calheta, on Madeira Island, set within a two-storey house that has been divided into two independent apartments, one on each floor. This apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and offers a comfortable base for couples, families or friends exploring Madeira.

It features two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, and one bathroom with a shower. Bed linen and bath towels are provided for your stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped with the essentials for preparing meals, including a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, cutlery, plates and other useful cooking utensils. A washing machine and hairdryer are also available, along with a Smart TV with TV box.

Guests can enjoy a private balcony with sea views and access to the swimming pool, which is shared only between the two apartments in the house.

The property is approximately a 10 minute drive from Calheta’s sandy beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Private parking is available on site, although the space is narrow and better suited to experienced drivers. Alternatively, guests can park on the upper street, around a 3-minute walk away.

A baby cot and high chair are available. Check-in is possible from 16:00 until 05:00 the following morning. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.

The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:

- 2EUR per night;
- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.
- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.

We’ll provide all the necessary details, including the Tourist Tax payment, a few days before check-in.
