Casa Hui Nosso Jardim by Atlantic Holiday Calheta - Apartment

Casa Hui Nosso Jardim by Atlantic Holiday is a welcoming apartment in Calheta, on Madeira Island, set on the lower floor of a two-storey house divided into two independent apartments, one on each floor. This apartment accommodates up to 2 guests and offers a comfortable base for couples visiting Madeira.

It features one bedroom with a queen-size bed and one bathroom with a shower. Bed linen and bath towels are provided for your stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped with the essentials for preparing meals, including a fridge, oven, microwave, hob, cutlery, plates and useful cooking utensils. A washing machine and hairdryer are also available, along with a TV with TV box.

Guests can enjoy access to the swimming pool, which is shared only between the two apartments in the house, and sea views.

The property is approximately a 10 minute drive from Calheta’s sandy beach, restaurants and supermarkets. There is no private parking available, however, guests can park on the upper street, around a 3-minute walk away.

A baby cot and high chair are available. Check-in is possible from 16:00 until 05:00 the following morning. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.

The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:

- 2EUR per night;
- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.
- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.

We’ll provide all the necessary details, including the Tourist Tax payment, a few days before check-in.
