Cliff & Ocean by Atlantic Holiday welcomes you to Porto Novo, on the scenic southern coast of Madeira Island, where dramatic cliffs meet the endless Atlantic Ocean. This apartment offers a peaceful retreat for guests who wish to relax while enjoying uninterrupted views of the sea. Designed for up to two guests, it is well suited for couples, friends, or small families traveling with a baby.

The apartment includes a bright bedroom with a queen-size bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen equipped with all the essentials: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, cookware, plates, and cutlery. Guests can prepare meals and enjoy them at their own pace. A smart TV with box provides entertainment, while a washing machine and hairdryer add extra convenience for longer stays.

For moments of relaxation, the apartment features a private jacuzzi, perfect for enjoying the peaceful atmosphere and stunning sea view. Free public parking is available near the building. Bed linen, bath towels, a baby cot, and a baby chair are included to make your stay more comfortable.

Check-in is available from 16:00 until 05:00 the next morning. Smoking inside is not permitted.

The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:

- 2EUR per night;
- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.
- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.

We’ll provide all the necessary details, including the Tourist Tax payment, a few days before check-in.
